windows 10 sound problem through hdmi

i have recently got a new motherboard and cpu and ram, and installed them without formatting, the desktop is working fine on the old OS installed on other hardware, but i problem persists, there is a conflict in audio which is preventing sound on windows, on youtube etc, and it seems there are so many devices mentioned in the playback devices, how can i fix this problem as sound comes and goes on its own, even when i turn off the pc and turn it back on next day there is no sound, it s like it forgets the settings and sound is off again after shutdown and turn back on.
i have tried installing fresh install of display drivers and realtek hd driver aswell, still problem is there and there are 3 digital audio (hdmi) options are showing as unplugged and default device is samsung(high definition audio device)
my setup is, tv hooked to pc through hdmi, and i have a wireless headphone and mic set, which is hooked from behind on the on board sound jacks.
thing is when i play cs go, i hook the audio and mic jacks at the back of the pc and use the wireless headphone set, but when i need to use the tv sound again, i remove the jacks but now there is no sound on the tv, i try youtube games etc, no sound.

Windows only allows one default audio playback device. e.g. HDMI only, PC Speakers (sound card) only, Bluetooth device only, etc. Once you change, for example from HDMI to Bluetooth and you disconnect Bluetooth Windows will not automatically change back to HDMI. You will have to manually change the default playback device.

    Could this be the issue?

even if i change manually, there is no sound on tv when i switch back to samsung(high def audio device) however sound is working from the wireless headphones hooked from behind on the audio and microphone jacks, when i changed the hdmi connection to another hdmi port in the tv the sound worked again, but its weird why wouldn t it work with hdmi 1(dvi)

I can't say how the TV works and how it detects the inputs.
