No sound & speakers missing in Playback Devices

    I managed to fix it. A manual re-installation of drivers let me access speakers in 'Playback devices'. I toggled some of the settings there with instructions from a Youtube vid. Hey presto, now it works. Thanks for helping me out.

    Can you please provide a link to the helpful YouTube video, in the interests of helping other users solve the same (or similar) problems? Thanks in advance, very much!

    Great it works now! One thing more, do you still have multiple HDMI devices showing in Playback devices? Regarding that question about integrated sound card.. It is your choice. Your motherboard have "gamers" sound chip integrated, so they can even be the same.
