    Cpu and bsod

Hi all just to ask it may be dumb to ask ,but will constant bsod damage a cpu or motherboard ?
I had w10 build 1511 and all was fine but after I got the w10 anniversary update I had constant bsod 5 to 6 a day or more I lost count .I was told that all my bsod are all different so it maybe cpu related .
so I just built a new system and all is well.

The BSOD's don't cause problems in and of themselves; they happen because problems are occurring. 5 or 6 a day is the level at which it passes from mere annoyance to absolute bedevilment. You did the right thing by building a new system, because I'm assuming that means you couldn't find or implement an easy or medium aggravation fix. Something was definitely not right with the previous rig, and sometimes the best way to handle that is to retire it and move onto something new.
    Good job!

I have a rig with a 6600K too, and it works pretty well. If it's the best you can afford, it's best to decide to like it! ;-)
