Gaming Keyboard And Mouse Advice Needed

I need a new keyboard and mouse for my pc.
It is a windows 10. The specs are on my profile.

I am going to get a gaming mouse and keyboard. Under 100 if possible.

Can I get any sort? Are they plug and play?
    Any recomendations? Any to avoid?

Can't recommend anything as I'm not a gamer but when I upgraded my keyboard, I wanted a quality item with excellent backlighting so spent the money there {Razer BlackWidow Chroma} and left my cheap mouse as is. Have a look at the lists below and compare the top end specs with the mid-range specs and go from there. The Element RGB Carbon Mechnical Keyboard looks interesting at 60. Corsair is a good make as well.

Decide what features you want v price and check out reviews on the web.

I know these aren't under a 100 but the k70 keyboard and m65 mouse are very good.
