Slow USB 3.0 speed at Windows 10

Hi, in Windows 10, USB 3.0 ports doesn't work at full speed. I will show you two examples.

Write speed in Windows 10 [47MB/s]

Write speed in random live Linux distro [114MB/s]

It is the same USB 3.0 port and same removable HDD, the issue shows up all USB 3.0 devices like flash drives or removable HDDs.

    Here is my hardware:

    What should i do?

What helped me, delete the USB 3 ports in the device manager and let them detect new.
For some reasons, Windows 10 used still the previous installed Intel USB 3 drivers from Windows 7 and the chipset driver from Intel v.9.4.
After new detection of the USB 3 ports, my speed went up again

    Cheers

No, no newer driver, but check the drivers for the USB2, I think they are also from Intel. Delete these also and let the Microsoft driver handle the USB Port.
When you delete them, tick the option to delete also the driver from Intel, they are old and should not be used again.
After that scan for new hardware.

Thanks Tom. USB 2.0 drivers are Microsoft's too.

Even i tried Intel's Drivers with this method:
Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller driver - Windows 10 Forums
Windows 8 and Intel USB 3.0 Host Controllers | Plugable.

I managed to install Intel's Windows 7 drivers, but it is still slow as hell.
@lx07 i saw your post and maybe you can help.
