    PS2 connections stopped working

My PC is running on W10 and has been serviced using USB keyboard and mouse. Since then my PS2 connections are not working anymore. I have already tried some suggestions posted here but nothing works so far.... How can I fix this?

This description is somewhat vague but then it means PS2 connections have worked for you at an earlier time. Can you check if PS2 ports are enabled in BIOS?

OK, I have always used my PC with both keyboard and mouse on PS2 ports. After having it serviced by a store, they stopped working. Probably because they used USB keyboard and mouse. The connections are still there in BIOS but after startup, nothing... So now I want the PS2 functionality back...

What is the Make and Model# of your Computer/Motherboard?
Boot into Setup (Bios) go to Integrated Peripherals. Look for Legacy USB or Keyboard, if it is disabled, using your Enter and Arrow keys, Enable it. Save and Exit.
If this fails, set Bios to Defaults. Usually by pressing the F5 key in the Bios. Also, check your computer/motherboard manufacturer for a Bios Update, under the Support/Download Drivers site
