    Trouble with using USB Hub

I recently updated to Version 1607 and I am having problems with USB devices, specifically with USB Hubs.*
Upon startup I get a message that the recently installed USB device was not recognized.* I go to Device Manager and find that there is a*yellow triangle next to one of the USB controllers.* Here is the message:
** Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
I also am unable to connect any devices by using a USB Hub.* I have tried connecting each directly to the computer motherboard slots at the back of my computer, and each of them work.* When I connect them to a hub, they are not recognized.* I have tried each device on three different hubs to see if the problem was with one defective device.* Each hub I use has the same issue.* All of these are powered hubs which are connected to an AC electrical outlet with the cord provided.
One hub is manufactured by Belkin, another has the brand name Staples but may have a different manufacturer, the other does not show a manufacturer name.
I am looking for any information that may help me resolve this problem.* I have more USB devices than I have native USB slots on the PC.* Is there some kind of problem with older Hub devices?* By older I mean these are all USB 2.0 Hubs.* I am connecting USB 2.0 peripherals into these, and connecting the hub into the USB 2.0 slots.* I also have tried plugging the hub into the USB 3.0 slots on the computer with the same results.* The devices work separately when plugged directly into computer, but not when connected through hub.*
I am also not able to find any drivers available for any of these, and many searches come back as devices are plug and play and do not require drivers.

Did you install the AMD Chipset and AsMedia USB Drivers for Win10 ?
