it is impossible for you to format flash drive which is larger than 32GB from NTFS to FAT32 by this way
What is a TR? The common term for TeraBytes is TB. And it is true that Windows cannot format FAT32 partitions larger than 32GB but for the purpose I boot to a GPARTED LiveCD and can create and format much larger FAT32 partitions, last 2 I've done were 120GB and 256GB on portable HDDs. When Windows uses a 64GB USB Thumb drive for the recovery it will format as 32GB FAT32 and the remainder of the drive becomes inaccessible, I had to use GPARTED to wipe the partition and set it back to a single FAT32 partition as it was when shipped.

MIKE S, thanks for reminding me, I did miss H2testw
Anyway, I checked on one of the flash drives with H2testw (recommended) and it said that "The media is likely to be defective" , in addition there was this warning "Warning: Only 7834 of 999967 MByte tested." So, I guess this case is closed and I wil return the items to it's vendor.
The flash drive is not of a known brand.

I would like to thank each and everyone of you guys for your time and good will to assist and help. I learned a lot out of this case.

    Take care,

Sorry to hear this but, unfortunately, it's what I suspected from first reading of your thread.
The vendor sold you an 8GB drive that was reprogrammed to look like a 1TB drive.
Good luck with the return process!
