Oh I'm sorry, I guess I didn't get the question.
So if RAPID is off your sequential writes are say... 540 MB/s, when you turn it on, instead of say 4150 MB/s it remains 540 MB/s?

Also are you using version 4.9.7?
Yes, exactly. Im attaching a couple of screenshots, one with RAPID on and one with it off.

That IS odd! The sequentials are actually lower with it on, in your case
Are you using SATA 3 @ & 6Gb/s? How full is your disk?

The only other thing I can think of, is to ask about enough RAM, but.....!
You did say in a prior post it was working on Win7(I should of thought of that before >I asked the last 2 questions).

When you uninstalled it, did you just use the uninstaller, or did you also look for left over folders in
    C:\ProgramData\Samsung
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Samsung

Do you also have IRST installed?

Yeah, it did work on win 7 with no issues. I have 16gb RAM (coincidentally I was looking for what could be causing RAPID mode to not work and I noticed a pair os sticks running at lower clock speeds because they werent set to XMP).

I just uninstalled like you said and nothing changed.

I do have intel rapid storage installed, should I remove it?

No keep the IRST, you need it for SSDs.

Okay, thanks for trying to help. My guess is that only a fresh install of windows 10 will fix it. Maybe one day Ill do it

Btw, do you think reflashing the firmware could fix this problem?
