If you want Rapid though it's a no go yet.

Same here - it got me the firmware update for my 850 EVO and I can check the benchmark occasionally and make sure nothing has gone wonky under the hood due to those marvelous mystery Windows Updates or the odd tweak I might make.

And don't forget you can also view the SMART, and check the Health Status,

The fact that the raw data for your Reallocated Sector Count is 0 is a fine start.
