    Good call. It never crossed my mind to take a look at the Realtek install files and yep, it's indeed there so this is 100% from Realtek drivers.

    Since i disabled it with Autoruns now this is what i got:

    For some reason the .exe got deleted and now it's impossible to run the service. I will see if it gets added back when i do a clean install of the next drivers i end up installing on this machine. Thanks

    If you go to any Asus forum you will see that a lot of people are having issues with most of the sound drivers causing uneven sound or no sound at all coming from the left side. Also popping sounds.

    Any time. I would think that the next time you do a clean install it won't (shouldn't) show up in your Sys32 folder.... hopefully.

    Where is it? Can't find it on MS update catalog.
    8509 is on MUC now - AND it's 140.8Mb (and has CXAPO files included)

    Ok Brink, you can list 8509

    @asturias7, just to clarify, you have the ICEsoundAPO64.dll & ICEsoundService.bin on System32 but not ICESoundService64.exe, is that it?

    Hi,
    @Brink:

    Note
    Last Updated: August 7, 2018
    DRIVER VERSION: 6.0.1.8509

    (Only 64-bit Windows 10)

    Download at: Microsoft Update Catalog

    Direct download links for 6.0.1.8509 from Microsoft Update Catalog:

    Download 6.0.1.8496 CAB for "Windows 10 version 1803 and Later Servicing Drivers" - 140.8 MB

    The text still points to 8496 though.

    Tbh, I don't have either... not in my Sys32 folder, nor my Sys64...
