I've been using it since yesterday (mine is with Conexant for my HP PC) and it is a great update.

I went back to 8475 after trying 8509 , on my system 8475 sounds much better.

If you're on an ASUS, it's part of the audio software that comes with their PCs.
Not Asus, ASRock. I use the traditional HDA drivers. But if there are users who get it from audio drivers i will just assume that it's also my case

It's not on the MS update catalogue yet. Most people using it got it from Station Drivers site.

I've only ever read and heard that it's present on ASUS systems...
could be you have the wrong update, yet it still works for you? With Ice Audio, you would have this "Wizard" option available to you...

Nope, no such thing. I just get the old classic UI.

I disabled it and nothing broke so i really don't know why it's there. I scanned it with virustotal and no threats were found but when i google the name of it all that turns up is virus related stuff. Odd.

    I have similar old style.
Have you tried deleting it? You said it's in your System32 folder? Seems strange to me that you would have that file there...
I checked the latest update, and like previous ones, I now noticed it is also part of the updates.

But, ICESoundService64 is nowhere to be found in either my Sys32 or Sys64 folders.
