8393 seems as good as the 8366 I came from. Good vocals and separation.

What is the difference between "Audio inputs and outputs" and "Sound, video and game controllers" under Device Manager in Windows 10?

The playback devices match those under "Audio inputs and outputs" but all the Realtek drivers can only update the devices under "Sound, video and game controllers". So the actual playback devices such as Realtek Digital Output (Optical) is actually using Microsoft drivers, which has totally different driver version as the ones from Realtek and does not respond to update from folders (You already have the latest driver).

In my case "Audio inputs and outputs" lists connected devices and "Sound video and game controllers" list only inbuilt and connected other physical sound and game controllers.

What is the driver version of your Realtek devices under "Audio Inputs and Outputs"? Mine are all Microsoft and I cannot update them.
