Now go and install 10159, it was just released.
    Already done.

10159 (installed over 10158) doesn't seem to have broken anything.

Please update & correct your first post, Brink.
    v6.0.1.7544 is available for x64 / 64bit Win10 only - no 32bit / x86 version of 7544 is available from Microsoft.
v6.0.1.7543, on the other hand, is available for both 32bit & 64bit versions of Windows.

Me too, FF,WF x64, IE11 and Edge, all the same result. Even dug deep in drivers downloads and didn't find it.

But Microsoft has newer Realtek audio drivers than the ones found on the Realtek web site.

    Realtek site has v7541 [R2.79] - Microsoft also has v7541 (R2.79)
And Microsoft has just posted v6.0.1.7548 for both 32-bit & 64-bit editions of Windows as I checked the MS Update Catalog site myself.

Before Windows 10 users install Realtek HD Audio v7548, upgrade to Win10 build 10176 first (or higher). Don't install this new Realtek audio driver on older Win10 builds like 10163, 10162 & earlier. Windows 10 is getting close to being RTM'ed / finalized.
