How did you uninstall the drivers ? Just delete it ? Normally, you'd uninstall the driver from Device Manager.
Try: DriverStore Explorer [RAPR] - Home . It's a single execuatble file, tick on the driver you want to delete, tick on "Force Deletion" -> Delete package

Yeah i uninstalled it but the system wont allow to install an older driver so wanted to delete them. Have now added permissions to the folder so i was able to delete. Copied the old ones in though it wont install, saying its not x64 driver.

Old driver works ok on build 1511 but not 1607 and neither does the new driver provided by 1607
