Yes is true the Driver always working fine in the past update of Windows 10, but not this time and I think we are in many with the same problems, normally before the big update i plug the USB and the system find the E reader Kobo now when i plug Microsoft ask of format the Kobo HD before I use they, but like normal doesn't work, then now I can't setup again and the Kobo is unusable, I give them few days after I'll return to Indigo, asking money for all book I have already bought. Then after all I don't want be afraid anytime I get a update from Microsoft because the Kobo can stop to work!!! I have a complex programs in Adobe Cloud and they don't have any kind of problems with Microsoft Update, Kobo is better start to working fast and fix the problems, I'll be no nice with them be sure!!!
