Apple iPhone still on Autoplay list handler?

How can I remove the Apple Device from the Autoplay handler list WITHOUT going through the registry as explained below.
How to Remove or Delete AutoPlay Handler from the Options List in Windows - Tech Journey

I also went to Device Manager and Uninstalled the Device, but still shows up on the Autoplay list even when my iPhone is not connected to my laptop.

Hi, if you don't wish to use the registry, you would be looking for a utility that can do that.

This was written for Windows XP, thus while you might be lucky and find it works, that would be entirely at your own risk.
    Download Autoplay Repair 2.2.2

Some of these older utilities remain valid for a long time, but people don't seem to be producing them as they did.

If you were to edit the registry, there are several ways to make a backup to protect yourself
    - export a copy of the key you are going to modify
    - create a complete backup of the registry (perhaps with a free 3rd party tool that makes restoring it easy)
    - create a System Restore point
    - create a disk image (you are hopefully using disk imaging regularly and routinely already - e.g. Macrium Reflect - free/paid + large enough external storage - tirelessly recommended here (but not the best option in this particular case).

    Thank you.

But I may just leave it as it is. And somehow, maybe on another forum, I managed to solve this, but I cannot remember how...
