Using min tool I partitioned my 500gb hdd to 148 gb leaving 352 gb unallocated. How do I restore back to the 500gb hdd?

148GB and 352GB must be adjacent. Right click on 148GB ->Merge then select 352GB.

However, you can also do it with Windows Disk Management. Right click on 148GB -> Extend Volume.

If your unallocated space is to the right hand side you can just right click on the partition to it's left and extend it using disk management. If it isn't you'll have to shuffle them around.

It would be easier if you posted a picture of Disk Management.
