At least with the Canon, I didn't come across any Windows 10 drivers, but that's reasonable to expect with such an old scanner. Did you really buy this one recently from Amazon?

My suggestion would be to just look in to any recent scanner and make sure it lists Windows 10 compatibility. Know what you are buying before you purchase.

    On that last sentence.

I have an older Epson Perfection V300 Photo Scanner and has W10 drivers and software and got it for $89 a few years back
I am very pleased with it and all the options.
The Epson Perfection V370 Photo Scanner looks like the replacement and is on sale for $99.99 at Amazon.

A Canon CanoScan D1250U2F USB Flatbed Scanner, and a Memorex MEM48u Flatbed Scanner, did not work.
I'm surprised that scanners that old (pre- Windows 7) are still for sale.

I use an old Epson Perfection V100. Its drivers from 2010 work well under Win 10 X64.

I have an old Scanjet 5p and it would not work with win 10. then I found this:
    Download VueScan - MajorGeeks
it supports plenty of scanners and it works in win 10. it is free to try, so try it and maybe your scanner will work

Two flat bed scanners that I ordered from Amazon did not work under Windows 10 (64-bit).
If you want to try and troubleshoot the two scanners ...

Please describe what did not work means. Did they not install? Were they not seen by the system? There wasn't a way to scan something? or.... the motor and lights fired up, but there was no output?

Scanners are relatively simple devices - the rivers really only add bells and whistles and buttons. You can drive a scanner with a simple TWAIN driver.

Did either scanner appear in Device Manger as an unknown device?

Did either scanner appear in Devices and Printers as an unknown device?
Paste the string below into the address box of File Explorer
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers

I'm not on Win10 right now - this might not be correct, but take a look)
Is the Windows Feature Scan and fax turned on?
Right click Windows logon on taskbar,
    select Programs and features
select Turn Windows features on or off (in the left pane)
    check Scan and fax
    Ok

There's bound to be a way to get a base TWAIN driver working.
    restart

I use an HP ENVY 5530 and it works great. But it is also a printer...but I mainly use the flatbed scanner.

Even old Mustek Bearpaw 1200 pro works fine without drivers.
Program Download VueScan 9.5.46 (Free) for Windows works with many scanners that don't even have drivers.

The native Scan & Fax app should work on any hardware.
