@simrick, don't know if you had a chance to grab this earlier today. I had Peter do a full Speccy and post it. After all who wanted it had grabbed it, Steve deleted to keep it "out of the wild". Grab if you want, and I will delete after. TC

Yes, I got that earlier, but I think I recall it still showed the Java v7, which should have been deleted and replaced with v8. Thanks.

Ok, maybe have Peter do another one after all your cleanup so to have a "finished product" picture. Maybe Belarc, also. I will delete the attachment.

Yes, Peter, just use the @ in front of the username and they will get a notification. like @petra9999, that should send you a notification.

Listen to Simrick, she's real good at fine tuning. If you don't, she won't share her chocolate with you.

I'm gonna slide to the side now.....one final word, get a backup device and use it. I'll help setup if you want. TC...

Don't do this now. Finish your cleanup first.

Thanks TC. Lots of hard work today. I'll be sure to share some of my chocolate with you!

    Peter,
Hold off on Belarc - first things first.

    1. Please uninstall the following programs:

Get Office Microsoft Corporation 5/31/2016 17.7012.23531.0 All users
Get Skype Skype 5/31/2016 3.2.1.0 All users
    Java 7 Update 15 Oracle 5/31/2016 130 MB 7.0.150 All users

    2. Then run Ccleaner on the registry again to remove any leftover Java 7 stuff

    3. Then go to this link and download and install Java v8
    java.com: Java + You

You will need to close the browser and reopen it, to verify Java was installed correctly:
    Verify Java Version

Please let me know when these are completed.
