If you're dealing with an unsigned driver (which I think maybe the first screen refers to) then you can allow unsigned drivers by rebooting (Shift +click restart) and navigate to the relevant option on the blue screen.

Details and another method (haven't checked if this is the same as previous, sorry- if the same you need to research this):
How to Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows 10/8/7 64-Bit | Password Recovery

You could also click more information on the 1st screen.

Like I said in the previous reply, I did that. I click more information and then I do "Install anyway" but then it gives the Red error.

I tried the commands on the new link but doesn't install again. It gives the red error again.

But on the link you gave someone says: "It appears in Windows 10 after the Fall 2015 update (an possibly before), Windows will reject unsigned drivers even if installed unless you have Driver Signature Enforcement disabled, which makes Test Mode the only practical way to use unsigned drivers.". So most probably it is because of this.

And in there they have three manufactures of Bluetooth. So first I don't know which is the correct manufacture and where to find the correct driver.
There should be a label on the machine that identifies the RF component

see: Example of RF labels [PDF]

Once you know the mfgr (ie Intel) and model, you might have to go to the vendor site.
I already looked at AzureWave, but need the model # - if that is the mfgr ???
The 3rd driver on Asus is simply listed as Bluetooth driver ... so I couldn't do anything with that

Please take a picture of the label or type the pertinent info into a new post on your thread

Obrigado (just having fun with Google translate)

I have to options for you
    1) driver from Asus
    K53SV | Notebooks | ASUS Global

    (+) Bluetooth (3)
    Version V1.0.67.20443
    Description Intel BlueTooth driver
    File Size 38.02 MBytes
    update 2011/01/19
    Download from Global

    2) driver from Intel
Download Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows 8.1*.
    Windows 8.1, 64-bit *
    Language: English
    Size: 26.63 MB
    Wireless_18.12.4_De164.exe
    * driver only version

I would try the Asus one first

In both cases, unblock the file(s) before installing.

Bluetooth driver/adapter gone after updating from Win 7 to Win 10-unblockfile.png

    For the Asus Zip
    - Extract the files from the compressed folder
    - unblock both Setup.exe and Intel Bluetooth.msi

It's always good practice to uninstall the device driver first in Dev Mgr, remove the software if prompted or there's a checkbox in the dialog window.

I tried the driver from Asus and it always gives me the error that is not supported to my Windows Version.

The driver from Intel, I didn't install the version you gave because it says "Page not found", still I have Win 10 not 8.1. So I installed the same driver but for Win 10 and it installed successfully. Still, I can't "see" that there is bluetooth. It doesn't show up on the Tiles when you click on the right lower corner.

The page opened correctly for me ... hmmm

See if the Intel Driver Update Utility finds and installs the driver for you.

I tried using the Intel Utility before creating this thread, it installed some drivers for other things, I think. Still, it didn't do anything to the Bluetooth. At least I don't see that I have Bluetooth on the device manager or at least I don't find anywhere on the computer that says "Bluetooth". It's pretty non-existent.

You'll probably have to manually install the driver.

    Use the Asus BT driver
If it already expanded/extracted the files to a new folder - great ( look for a folder named Asus on C: )

Is there a flagged device in Device Mgr (Unknown devices category)?
    Right click, select properties
post a screen shot of the details tab - drop down to HS Ids
