Am I doing bad for my SSD?

Every time I close my internet browser it automatically clear cache, cookies etc so every time it removes these stuff it is doing bad to SSD read and write?

Clearing your cache and cookies, is only going to hurt your browsing experience(much much slower loading times, as the browser needs to re- download everything again, instead of using the framework in the cache to speed up browsing), but that doesn't effect your SSD one way or another.

    Additional to above comment:
A cache is a repository for stored data that is used to expedite the process of retrieving data. There are several types of caches, including webpage caches, hardware caches, software caches and memory caches. Caches are used to speed up a process so that data does not have to be recomputed or fetched from its original location and, therefore, saves time. The greater the requests that can be served from the cache, the quicker system performance becomes.

Today's ssd's are engineered to last a very long time. Don't be fooled by old advice that they can 'wear out' from too much use. While it's true, it's so much use that most spinners will die before your ssd does from overuse.
