USB stop working the second windows starts to load

    USB stop working the second windows starts to load


    My USB Ports stop working the second windows start to load. My logitech g710 & G502 light up and work fine in the motherboard BIOS but the second windows starts to load the stop working. I have been using a PS/2 Keyboard to navigate through the OS. I have restore windows. I have install a fresh build of windows. I have updated the motherboard BIOS. I have updated to the latest drives in my device manager and still no luck. HELP!!!!

    Specs of my PC if that Helps.

    Intel 4690K
    Cool Master Hyper 212 Evo
    MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition
    16GB G. Skill Ripjaws X Series
    250GB Samsung SSD 850 Evo
    2 EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB

    Hello NotchX :),

    Have you got a setting in the BIOS that might be causing this such as Legacy USB support disabled?

    No i have XHCI, Legacy USB enable

    You could try booting in safe mode to see if they then work. If they work this tells you that some driver or process is interfering with their operation. You will need to run a clean boot procedure and gradually reintroduce processes until you find the one that is the culprit.

    Have they ever worked in W10? Anything recently changed?

    I have not tried them in safe mode but will try and see if it works. I already did a clean install of windows and nothing change.

    I have tried both but when i try it in device manager sometimes it comes up with a code 10 error.

    They do not work when operating in safe mode any more advice?
