problem relating latency new pc windows 10

    Hey there,
first things first- im new here, so hey there to everyone and thank you for giving your time helping my problem!

I bought a new computer a week ago with the specs below:
    core i5-6500 3.2ghz
    gigabyte h110-a motherboard
    western digital cavier 1tb hdd
    sandisk 120gb ssd
    amd radeon r9 390 gb gddr5
    and an activated windows 10.

since ive bought the pc, im encountring sudden audio stuttring acomppanied by the video being reversed and than fast played (weird shit).. every ten to 15 mins i just get this freaky lag and system freeze with a sound stuttring..
ive checked the components of the pc at the store and they were fine, and ive also updated all of my drivers with a new version of iobit driver updater!..
ive downloaded latencymon and dpc latency and the results are anoying,..
how do i solve this shit?
    Attachment 65645
    and also
    Attachment 65646
its a new pc and i cant stand the fact that im not getting decent latency rates with it... it should be just fine considering its costs !

    thanks alot..
    also the stats from latencymon

    CPU SPEED
    ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ _____
    Reported CPU speed: 3192 MHz
Measured CPU speed: 1 MHz (approx.)

Note: reported execution times may be calculated based on a fixed reported CPU speed. Disable variable speed settings like Intel Speed Step and AMD Cool N Quiet in the BIOS setup for more accurate results.

WARNING: the CPU speed that was measured is only a fraction of the CPU speed reported. Your CPUs may be throttled back due to variable speed settings and thermal issues. It is suggested that you run a utility which reports your actual CPU frequency and temperature.

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
    ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ _____
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.

Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 191.839630
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 2.577589

Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 170.666694
Average measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 0.759178

    REPORTED ISRs
    ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ _____
Interrupt service routines are routines installed by the OS and device drivers that execute in response to a hardware interrupt signal.

Highest ISR routine execution time (µs): 76.311090
Driver with highest ISR routine execution time: Wdf01000.sys - Kernel Mode Driver Framework Runtime, Microsoft Corporation

Highest reported total ISR routine time (%): 0.004639
Driver with highest ISR total time: i8042prt.sys - i8042 Port Driver, Microsoft Corporation

Total time spent in ISRs (%) 0.010950

ISR count (execution time <250 µs): 23797
ISR count (execution time 250-500 µs): 0
ISR count (execution time 500-999 µs): 0

ISR count (execution time >=4000 µs): 0

    ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ _____
    REPORTED DPCs
    ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ _____
DPC routines are part of the interrupt servicing dispatch mechanism and disable the possibility for a process to utilize the CPU while it is interrupted until the DPC has finished execution.

Highest DPC routine execution time (µs): 302.044799
Driver with highest DPC routine execution time: ndis.sys - Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS), Microsoft Corporation

Highest reported total DPC routine time (%): 0.035225
Driver with highest DPC total execution time: dxgkrnl.sys - DirectX Graphics Kernel, Microsoft Corporation

Total time spent in DPCs (%) 0.212863

DPC count (execution time <250 µs): 1053510
DPC count (execution time 250-500 µs): 0
DPC count (execution time 500-999 µs): 4

    REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
    ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ _____
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.

NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.

Process with highest pagefault count: mbamservice.exe

Total number of hard pagefaults 4159
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 2388
Highest hard pagefault resolution time (µs): 265144.381892
Total time spent in hard pagefaults (%): 0.392547
    Number of processes hit: 20
