Should these partitions be on my laptop?

Should all these partitions be on my laptop? I ran a wipe on the free space of my laptop with BC Wipe and East-Tec, and after doing so when I do a data recovery scan I see a couple hundred photos and other files that should have been wiped but didn't. So, I ran this check on my drive and it shoes me all these partitions. A couple of them are Linux which is strange because my laptop is Windows, not Linux and I have never used Linux in my life. I have no idea how Linux got on here. I am using Windows 10 Home version 1909. Thanks in advance to all who respond.

We would need to see a disk layout with a more standard program such as Windows own disk management:
How to Post a Screenshot of Disk Management

Or, if you have only that drive in the computer, diskpart would work too:

    Code:
    diskpart
    select disk 0
    list part
    list vol

East-Tec Disk Sanitizer is a Linux Based program. Since you did not Wipe the whole drive, this program probably created Linux Swap partitions.
Download a 3rd party app like
Minitool Partition Wizard. Shows us a screenshot of that.

It is a normal partition style for Win 10 on a GPT drive
First partition is EFI system partition (boot loaders)
Second partition is hidden (MS reserved not shown on DM)
    Third partition is Windows partition
Forth partition is windows recovery partition
Fifth partition is a factory recover partition (to reinstall as it came from factory). It may contain some tools.
