This the exact board http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...px?pid=3449#sp
Has 2 SATA 6 Gb/s ports which are probably the Marvell as said
yes that's the board.Yep 2 Marvell I'm traveling between Intel sata2 and marvel sata3 till I try to land somewhere
hahaha :)
Bookmark that web page, download manual make sure hooked to right connectors believing work best on SATA 3 and enter the BIOS set to AHCI mode. Also it is an older board no available drivers for Windows 10 for the system, SATA Controller drivers, Chipset...unless Windows 10 Downloaded or have updates for them, can be another reason.
did that already. i know i cant get the full speed of drives cause board is old but sata2 and sata3 controllers have almost same speed.
well i will keep it in sata3 controller till i upgrade my system hardware and get a newer board cpu etc
thanks for your time
:)
