Synaptics TouchPad red led is always on!

I upgraded to Windows 10 perfectly but after i installed Windows 10 driver of Synaptics TouchPad PS/2 on my hp pavilion dm4-1265dx from official Synaptics webpage, everything works fine except one thing; Locking area on top left of the touchpad. Normally when you touch on it twice, the red led has to lid and touchpad should be locked, however now; the red light is always on and i cannot lock it with double touch.
