Question about Sony Vaio Drivers

I figured out that it needs to be enabled by the vaio control center which I also cannot download because of my clean install
So is there any way that I can enable this through cmd or registry?

Why don't you install VAIO Control Center but disable it running at startup. You can only use it when you need it or just leave it there and forget about it.

That's not the issue, the issue is I cannot install it. If I choose an earlier version to install it states that 'a newer version is already installed' and if I choose the one for windows 10 it says that 'no previous version detected'

Use a utility such as CCleaner to remove any trace of a previous version. If there is no previous version, then try running the setup in Windows 7 compatibility mode with Administrator rights.

It's not solved i'm just going to give up.

Use an uninstall utility to track it and remove it.
