I just tried to print from Edge by clicking the three dots button (menu) and selecting Print. Have you seen the Scale setting? If it is set to "Shrink to fit" it would resize the page to fit the paper. This means if the page is smaller it will print it larger. Try setting that to 100% and see if it prints correctly.

Though I was thinking, when printing on items like this shouldnt it not print the scroll bar and what not as it is supposed to print 'the desired frame' on screen per say a website with a 'print friendly version' you go to print and it will print the page without the left navigation bars and would just print main important data. Well put it this way the sites i print from used to do that now it prints the page with nav and the scroll bars rather than selecting the 'important frame' that the website tells it to print.

    Im confused. :/

Well, I don't know about Edge, but in Internet Explorer and Firefox, you can go to Print Preview. There you can select "as layout on screen" or "as selected on screen", in case you have selected a section with the mouse. The "as selected on screen" prints only the desired content on page at a readable size, while the "as layout on screen" tries to fit everything and often the text is too small.

What about the "More options" in Edge? I didn't click it to see what exactly it does, but maybe it helps in your case.

I use Edge and you can set your printer how you want.
    I use it this way
    More Actions
    Then Print
    Which brings up my printer
There it shows the pages as there can be more than 1
I then select what page I want to print
    Then press Print
It prints the page I want as set out on the Preview Print page.
Hope that helps regarding Edge Browser

Mine is set to Shrink To Fit
    Margins set as Normal

It does show the preview and prints as preview shows but the page will not shrink to fit onto the page unless i put it at 50% which is tiny. There has to be a setting there some-where some-how..

I do not set the shrink to page
I just check and make sure it is what I want, if it is not then I go into my printer settings.
But have not ever had to do that since downloading the software from the disc, which had the settings on them.
