Windows 10 Pro Reset killed my Bluetooth

Recently, I had to completely reset my computer and reinstall Windows 10 Pro following acquiring a Trojan that wouldn't fully clear. I tried a reset that left my apps and documents that was unsuccessful first. I have an external Bluetooth that worked fine before doing so. Bios says I have Bluetooth capability enabled. I tried removing the the Bluetooth dongle and plugging it back in, as well as the antenna. I ran "SFC /scannow," "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth," and "chkdsk /f /r /x." I tried reloading the motherboard media for Bluetooth too.

Does the Bluetooth adapter appear in Device manager, Network adapters?

If it is not shown in Device manager, Network adapters then look in Device manager's View menu and tick Show hidden devices.
    - Hidden devices are devices that are no longer connected.

If it is not shown in Device manager, Network adapters , is there an Other devices section with an entry that seems similar to the adapter name?
    - The Other devices section is a list of devices for which drivers are not installed.

Where did you get the Bluetooth driver from when you first connected it?

I don't know what you mean by motherboard media. Driver?

Download (one time free scan) Eset online scanner to see if the Trojan is gone or still remains: Free Virus Scan | Online Virus Scan from ESET | ESET

Save the results to your desktop and copy and paste them back here.

    Files scanned: 436434
    Detected files: 1
    Cleaned files: 1
    Total scan time 00:26:44
    Scan status: Finished

    C:\Program Files\DAEMON Tools Lite\inst\setuphlp.dll a variant of Win32/Yandex.K potentially unwanted application deleted

This is the only thing ESET found. I'm not sure if it will turn into something serious. I don't use Daemon Tools Lite. I believe the Trojan came from the same motherboard installation, but I'm not sure. I would like to delete Daemon Tools Lite, but I don't know if it is advisable or not.

Perhaps it is only temporary, but I have Bluetooth capability again. I noticed that Windows 10 did not load right after the reset. My Bluetooth, Chipset, and a few other things didn't load. I read a suggestion to power off, unplug the power cord, hold the power button down for 30 seconds, plug the power cord in, and boot. I think the whole Win 10 is functional again, but we'll see.

I made a mistake. It wasn't an external Bluetooth. It was part of my Rog Strix B550 motherboard.

I finally got Bluetooth functioning again, by applying the solution I described to Jacee. Unfortunately, I also found new things to worry about. :/
