    Windows update not downloading drivers for printers


    Reading this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...source=twitter there is a troubleshooter which I have downloaded and run. According to that there are drivers for my HP 710C and D1460 printers waiting at windows update but it is not downloading and installing them.

    I have enabled automatic driver installation and wu is set to automatic, yet no drivers. Anyone got any ideas?

    Unfortunately the 710 is no longer supported by HP and the D1460 has no drivers listed for 10.
