    toshiba laptop s855-s5378 drivers - 64 bit


    Has anyone had good hardware driver experience with Windows 10 and a Toshiba S855-S5378 laptop?

    I wouldn't mind test driving Windows 10. That would be great. Being around the IT field for a while, I can see how a lack of drivers can be a show-stopper.

    Checked the Toshiba site- there are drivers only for Win7, Win8, and Win8.1 - 32/64 now.

    It's a technical preview. It's not a perfect OS. Take the plunge and see what works and what doesn't work and help MS tweak the OS.

    I'll probably wait until I know that Win 10 will work/operate the various hardware pieces on my laptop. I'm feeling hesitant to reshuffle all my data on my HD, partition it, play with BCDEdit, download experimental version of Win10 - just to possibly find out that for example- the ethernet, monitor screen, wifi adapter do not work. That would not be what I would consider useful - to me or Microsoft.

    if someone can tell me that they were able to load up Windows 10 on a Toshiba Satellite laptop, preferably on a toshiba laptop s855-s5378... that would be great news and an incentive for me to try to do the same.

    If you are running Win 8.1, there shouldn't be a problem at all.
