How Do I add sound enhancements to my sound?

I am currently using Windows 10 and I notice that my Realtek High Definition audio does not have a "sound enhancements tab" how do I add this feature? Thank you. Also, post what information I need to provide.

At a guess, you have the basic Realtek drivers installed but not the Realtek control panel.

You can get the whole package directly from Realtek (Realtek). The latest version there is 2.79, and it's something less than a 300 MB download.
