Problem with chipset usb controllers error 10 at every boot

    Hello,

Since some weeks my usbs stopped working, including the mouse and keyboard. Fortunately I have remote desktop enabled and I could access to the computer. What I saw is that in every boot the usb chipset go to error state with code 10 (The message is: Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API).

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, updating it , disabling and enabling, using troubleshooter and reinstalling the usb.inf. The only that enables ok the usbs is disabling and enabling it, but when I reboot, error 10 again.

I don't know what to do. I found in other sites that the solution is only perform a repair install or format the computer and because I don't have time and I'm very lazy about formatting the computer I want to know if there are other options that would repair my usbs.

    Thanks

If you wish, You can try:
    1. Download: DriverStore Explorer . Right click and run as Admin->Enumerate, Check mark on all USB drivers, check on "Force Deletion" then delete.
    2. Shutdown the PC then open the case. Clear the CMOS or in some new MB, there's a button on the back to clear the CMOS.
    3. Reboot. Windows should try to install the USB Driver. If not, Installl the chipset driver for your MB.

NOTE: Make sure that you have the mouse and keyboard connect to USB 2.0 port

    Good luck !!!

Is BIOS version 1106 the latest ?
Here's a good article on error code 10. Follow the steps to see if it fixes the problem:

Many, many thanks men! Deleting LowerFilter and UpperFilter of USB classes with it solved the problem!. I was stuck with this for about a month.
