In Windows, go to Start/Search and type devmgmt.msc. Right click the devmgmt results and Run As Administrator. In the Elevated Device Manager, any devices with Yellow Exclamation marks need to have drivers installed from this page. If you have no yellow marks, you do not need any drivers, unless something isn't working correctly,

Right-click on the Unknown device, then click Properties in the pop up window. In the properties window, click the Details tab, then scroll to pick the Hardware IDs item. Cut'n'paste that information into another thread post here, and we'll see what's what. Here's an illustration for my keyboard as an example:

A little web searching shows that it's the Intel Smart Connect device. There is a driver download for it (near the middle of the drivers list that you provide at Asrock).

Good, although if you're like me, you may never use the Smart Connect feature in practice.

Yes, that's what I found, too. Looks like you've fixed it! For future reference, the data in the Hardware IDs section for devices in DevMgr provides the information most helpful in figuring out what they are, and what drivers are needed to handle them. Good work!
