    You know, you really should have said that part at the beginning lol. If you have a device that goes awol, then get it sorted under warranty. That is what you paid for.

    Well turns out its not under warranty anymore however I was able to add it to my brother's geek squad protection plan so they are sorting it out for me. They decided that its probably just an os issue and are gonna reinstall it and see if that works. Either way its out of my hands now. Thank you all for your help, im just glad that I didn't end up having to spend a bunch of money.

    Hope gets sorted out. There was mentions of a clean install or refresh, but i was not sure this may or may not resolve it, if hardware issue, Good luck, let us know how it goes. Your welcome.
