Partition Manger will not allow Disk 1 to be converted.

    Try the command prompt method.

Windows Computer Management says that the boot info etc is on Disk 0 as per the 1st thumbnail Image.
It tells you you are booted into the operating sysetm on C. The boot manager should live on the system partition.

It is because the OS is in one drive and the boot manager on another.

Don't just convert the drive to GPT with other software or it won't boot.

As previously stated, Partition Manager will not allow Disk 1 to be converted. Disk 0 and Disk 2 converted no problem

Bad things happens when the hands works faster than the brains.

Once again, a boot able GPT drive needs a EFI partition.

That is impossible. I took Disk 1 and Disk 2 out of the machine, booted from a USB disk and installed Windows 10 on Disk 0. Then after the installation was completed, I installed Disk 1 and Disk 2 back into the computer.

On a Legacy-MBR the boot manager is on a partition set as Active. From post one the active partition is on the System partition on drive 1.

If you detach drive 1 and 2 can you boot from drive 0? I wold say that you can't.

at administrator cmd prompt type ( or copy and paste the below line)

    REG QUERY HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control /v FirmwareBootDevice

    (then press enter)

let us know what it says, like this

So if I read things correct, as per my last message, The operating System is on Disk 0 (HARD DISK C), the boot system is on Disk 0, and confirmed by windows management, but that still does not tell me how to correct Disk 1 not being able to convert to GPT.

Boot means the partition you are currently booted into.

It does not tell you where the boot manager is. The boot manager should be on the System partition.
