Pc system memory upgrade

Hi ,

My son has wants to upgrade his system memory, the specs listed below . Can u please help us ? The pc is running pretty good but as u can see the memory is only 8GB.

what is the motherboard ?

if it is an oem machine (e.g. dell) what is the exact model number ?

might be 3050 or xps8900 or 3620 or something else.

easiest to add a second stick of 8gb ddr4 ram the same as the existing one. If you can find one.

Correct! He use it for gaming.he’s 13 years old, also system crash sometimes, so we think it maybe bc of the low memory.Do you know where can we find one ? Or even higher?
