    Erratic behaviour of the mouse

    PC Specs;
Motherboard; Asus ROG Strix X470 Gaming
    CPU; AMD Ryzen 7 2700
    Memory; 16GB (2x8GB) Corsair DDR4 Vengeance RGB PRO Black, PC4-25600 (3200)
    GPU; PowerColor Red Devil Radeon™ RX 590 8GB GDDR5

My daughter’s gaming pc mouse has all of a sudden become erratic. The mouse moves by itself and she cannot click on anything and has to power off the pc by switching it of at the case power button.
The input devices she has are Havit Magic Eagle wired mouse and Xbox Wireless Controller to play pc games NOT on Xbox.
Can the erratic behaviour of the mouse be a conflict between the mouse and the Xbox wireless controller?

Try another mouse to see if it isn't a mouse issue.

She has tried with another wired mouse and the issue is the same.

She is trying without the Wireless Xbox controller but with a wired Xbox controller at the moment, will post later if there are any issues.

Could you please explain what does the Wireless Xbox controller or the wired Xbox controller?
On a desktop, the mouse should be connected to a USB port.

The mouse is connected to a USB port.
The wireless Xbox controller is connected via Bluetooth like this one Xbox Wireless Controller + Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 | Xbox
The wired Xbox controller she has now connected is like this one PowerA Enhanced Wired Controllers for Xbox Series X|S | Xbox
and the mouse she uses is like this one HAVIT Magic Eagle Gaming Mouse - My Helpful Hints(R) Product Review

What happens if you remove the Xbox Wireless Controller + Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 | Xbox, reboot and use only the wired mouse?

So it seems the problem is the Xbox Wireless Controller + Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 | Xbox.
Did the problem was noticed since day one or it was working good and began erratic recently?
Did you check the Xbox Controller if one up & down key isn't stuck?

It worked alright for a few months and it began being erratic yesterday.
    The keys are not stuck.
It seems that with the wired controller there are no issues.

So the problem is the Xbox Wireless Controller + Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 | Xbox that has to be replaced.
