Change the name of devices in Task Manager Performance Tab?

Hi, in Windows 10 I would love to change the name of each different device/slot in the Performance Tab of the Task Manager:



There, instead of CPU, I would like to insert my actual CPU model "i5-9600K", instead of Memory I'd love "Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz", instead of Disk 0 or HDD, I would love to insert my SSD and HDD model names, etc...

As you can see, I managed to change some names, such as the Ethernet sub-name, which was Ethernet as well. This was accomplished by changing the name of the Internet devices in the Network Connections menu (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network Connections).

I would love to change the Wi-Fi Direct name by the WiFi card I have, too.

I don't think that works with what I am asking. Where do you find the device "CPU"?

Notice I want to change the Performance tab names in Task Manager: CPU, RAM... there's not CPU, neither RAM, in the Device Manager.

If is the same process for 10 and 11 as it is for 8.
