Phone Recognized By PC But Have ADB Error... HELP!

Hey.. I'm able to get my PC to recognize my phone through ADB.

But when I enter this command:
    a70q:/ $ adb -d shell appops set com.catchingnow.tinyclipboardmanager SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW allow;

    I get this error:
/system/bin/sh: adb: inaccessible or not found

    How do I fix this?

Have you installed the phone maker's recommended driver?

I cannot help with that command.
I have never had to deal with phone drivers at that kind of level. They've always just worked so i have not had to do anything with them.
I have not seen a command with that sort of syntax before. Where did you learn about this command?

    All the best,
    Denis

I run ADB shell in the same directory and use this command.

    Example:
    Code:
    # Get List of Installed Apps in Android.
    .\adb shell pm list packages

    #System apps
.\adb shell pm list packages -s

Denis, I also never heard about Android Debug Bridge (ADB) so I google and found this: ADB Driver - Universal Android USB Driver
