Epson L210 printer printing pages backwards. No tabs to change option

Hi,

My Epson L210 is printing pages backwards. In the printer properties>preferences, there is only one tab which is "layout" to change the type of paper either letter or A4. Any ideas. When I first installed the printer drivers, it was not like this. Now only it is becoming like this. Options are missing.

Edit 1: I cannot install the latest drivers from Epson website or windows as it gives less controls of the printer. I need to install only the original drivers which came with the printer when I bought it, then I get full controls. I have no idea why windows or Epson handicap their printers like this.
