That will only work for that one boot up by the way. There is no way to permanently disable driver signature enforcement. Not that I know of anyway. On the next boot up its enabled again.

Hello dgdeivid, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

If you like you could turn on Test Mode using the command in the tutorial below to be able to use a unsigned driver. You will have a watermark on your desktop when on afterwards to indicate so though.

... this method does not seem to work anymore after the Win10 version 10586 update. At least not with my device: Any x64 device driver available for my antique Smartlink PCI Modem? - Windows 10 Forums

Edit: correcting myself after all these years... it DOES work, and once you have installed the unsigned driver (possibly after having to restart your machine with the "Disable driver signature enforcement" F7 option (https://windowsreport.com/driver-sig...nt-windows-10/), then you need to do the 'bcdedit -set testsigning on' command to make it permanent. Unfortunately this leaves an ugly watermark on your desktop but with the latest Windows 10 creators update this seems to be the only way to go....
