How to speed up the startup of one program?

Hi, I'm using this PC (so you know its performance):
    - msi MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon
    - 2x8GB DDR4 @3200MHz
    - i5 9600K @4.7GHz
    - Intel UHD 630
    - Samsung SSD 850 EVO
    - Windows 10 Home

I am using the mouse Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum, and have customized its pointer speed, DPI, etc... using its software Logitech GHub.

The problem I am facing is that when I turn on the PC, it loads "fast", shows the desktop, and then it takes like 10 seconds for GHub to appear in the Task bar, and until then, the mouse is at the stock settings (unusable DPI speed, lights I don't want...)

I think GHub purposely starts loading after a few seconds Windows booted up the desktop and all, instead of loading when loading Windows or just as soon as the desktop appears. With my PC it should not take more than 1 second to load.

Is there a way to tell Windows that GHub must be loaded as soon and fast as possible, so I do not wait like 10 seconds until it appears in the Task bar?

I guess it must be done via services and its priorities, but I can't find any GHub service.

After Windows starts up, it waits about ten seconds before opening your startup programs. If you have apps you’d rather run immediately, you can do it with a simple batch script attached to this post.

Wow, thanks, but how does it work?

Can't I manually go to Services and force the startup immediately?
Thing is I don't find the GHub service, if there's any.

Script adds a registry value that disables delay of the startup programs.

The Script changes the StartupDelayInMSec to Disabled [ ZERO Seconds ].

How can I go back if I don't like it?

And... what is the disadvantage of doing so (making all programs start immediately)?

TBH I would just like to enable manually this one, not all...

    This is from Task Manager:

You disable startup delay by typing Y and enable startup delay by typing N letter.

You can't manually speed up startup of individual programs.

    Gonna try it out!

EDIT: Tried, looks a bit faster but not as fast as I was expecting. I have 5 program only at the startup, so it's not that I have Skype, Discord, Spotify... and an infinite list of automatic startup programs.

Anyways, after SSD are the standard and CPUs are so powerful multi and single threaded, why would Windows still delay so much time the programs?

No... edit again. For some reason, the difference is so little it is not worth it. If before it was taking 8s for the GHub to start and load my mouse's values, now it takes like 6-7s, barely noticeable. I was hoping going from 8s to 1-2s.

How can't I seriously force this exe to start as fast as possible?

I already did that but there's barely any difference, I still have to wait 6-7s until my mouse is usable.
