    Update on this issue-

So as of now, the issue has not been resolved

I did change my CPU out and installed my older Ryzen 5 2600 CPU - DOCP only ran 4 days, and then became unstable before it began memory training again "Approximately 10-12 restarts or shutdowns". The computer would reboot and show Q-Code 90, and would get stuck. I had to reset the CMOS to get the computer to post.

I changed out the RAM sticks to another kit that I have, which is the same kit that works fine on another computer, and the problem still persists.

I changed back to my ASUS Prime X470 Pro with the Ryzen 7 3800x and the same memory, and there have been no DOCP issues with that board.

I reinstalled the ROG Strix X570-E gaming, and have been running it for 2 weeks with the Memory set at 2133, and reinstalled the Ryzen 7 3800x. I had zero issues with the system posting. I recently saw that ASUS released a new BIOS update "4204" so I downloaded and updated the BIOS. Right now I have DOCP re-enabled to see if the system is any more stable.

I also tried to manually set the clocks and timings for the board, and I was unable to get the motherboard to boot passed 3000 mhz on the memory "1500 mhz FCLK on CPU" This also was before the BIOS update.

I'm inclined to believe that the motherboard has an issue, and I'm unsure if its BIOS related, or if its a completely different problem.

    I'll give another update soon.

    Hi guys

    My issue has been resolved.

I removed the CPU and RAM, and reinstalled them. After that, I removed the battery and did a clear cmos. Also have the latest BIOS installed.

I've had no issues with post now. System is 100% stable.

    I'll mark this as solved.
