Are you having problems with the drive? I couldn't resolve my problem drive and I returned it to the seller.
The drive plugs in, makes some noise, and then does nothing. I did get an email from the supplier just now with a download for some driver. Just a big jumble of files and no clue which ones to need. Not a very happy experience but I should know better than to buy electronics through Amazon.

If I recall correctly, I bought mine from eBay. I've had good luck buying electronics from eBay and Amazon. You will likely experience a few bad sellers or good sellers with defective products over time. In many cases, it's the same seller on both platforms.

I suspect there's a bad batch of these drives, and I think, in this case, the problem is the hardware. I ended up with a full refund and I can't remember if I had to send the drive back. I seem to recall that the seller didn't want to pay for the return label.
