    Problems with keyboard


    I can`t type an an ``at`` sign for emails. I get an asterisk. Also I can`t type a question mark I get an E with an accent on it.

    Hi edbulmer,

    Are you in western Canada? I only ask as the É replaces the ? on a Canadian multilingual board.

    Please check your current language and region settings are correct

    Incidentally, if you hold down ALT and type 64 you can insert a @ using a keyboard that doesn't have that key functioning.
    ie The keystroke "Alt+64" outputs @

    That did the trick, my keyboard was on Canadian (French) version

    You've changed the settings? I'd have probably kept it as it is and moved to Quebec. You'd have had the excitement of living somewhere new plus your keyboard would have been ready to go...a win-win situation in the WhyMe book of life.
