I have 2 pc's running Build 20231. One of the pc's shows the hour glass when there is a delay. The other shows the old aero blue circle. The Mouse Properties on each computer is different. One shows the hourglass for busy and the other shows the blue circle. Both were showing the hourglass previously on Build 20226. Can't figure out how to fix it.
Go to Settings > Devices > Mouse > Additional mouse options > Pointers
From this screen you can change things such as the scheme used or individual items such as what the pointer looks like while busy, etc.
Tried that. The options are completely different on he 2 pc's. I even did a clean install on the one with the aero circle and it came back the same way. Both pc's are different, and both were updated with the exact same ISO file. Like I said this only happened after the update to Build 20231.

Must be an A/B thing. one is Windows 10 and the other is trying out Windows 95.

With the installation of Build 20236. I was chosen to have the Windows 10 version and am no longer checking out the Win 95 version.
