    Depends upon what driver you need. Not enough information provided but would be best to start with the make and model name/number of the motherboard, go to their site and look for drivers for whichever device is in question. If it's a brand computer look on their site, example for a Dell would be support.dell.com and plug in the Service Tag from the sticker on the computer.

Obviously google.com has an IPv6 address. BUT when I try to ping it in a dos window I get back "host cannot be found". IPCONFIG/ALL shows IPv6 connectivity on my computer (Windows 10 Pro). I can ping my router's IPv6 address, but why not google's?
