    Wireless Mouse Failure


    All of my wireless mice will not work during Boot Screen. They do not start working until the lock screen comes on. During Boot Screen I can navigate using the keyboard. Any ideas? Just installed 20197.1000.

    Hi, try disabling Fast Startup and using USB2.

    I reverted back to 20190 and all is well. Am trying to reinstall 20197 again hoping it was a glitch. No problem with other pc I updated to 20197.

    Reinstalled 20197 and still have same problem. Fast start is turned off and usb port makes no difference.

    Think I will just wait until next update. Not really interested in doing a clean install at this time.

Hi all I work with a charity there is one issue I could not fix which is weird wireless mouse will install but will not work on computer they are all Dell optiplex 790 and all the other computers have no issue but only this one the wired mouse...
I have Version 1909 18363.959 Win 10. I just connected a SANWA-WH123 and WIndows just lists it as 2.4 G RX (the wireless USB). It seems a little sluggish. Maybe I should connect it to a higher rate USB but the USB 2 and 2.1( not familiar with that...

am using a laptop that is running windows ten both mice were working ok even though the lappy is ten years old and came with windows 7 received the free 10 when offered and no troubles until Friday when I lost a file and attempted a system restore...
